1. The misting machine switch is leaking. The wear of the switch gasket or the wear of the switch asbestos wire will cause the switch to leak, and a new gasket or asbestos wire should be replaced.

2. The switch is not flexible. If the sprayer is not used for a long time, the switch will be embroidered by the liquid medicine. You can remove the switch and put it in kerosene to clean it, wipe off the rust, apply an appropriate amount of lubricating oil, and then tighten the switch cap.

3. The air chamber can't get air in, and the rocker can't be pressed down hard. It may be caused by shrinkage hardening or cracking of the cup or loosening of the nut on the bottom of the cup. The leather bowl should be slightly pressed or replaced with a new leather bowl, immersed in animal oil, installed after lubricating and expanding, apply a little oil, and tighten the bottom nut.

4. The atomization quality of the misting machine is poor. It is possible that the nozzle orifice of the nozzle is blocked, the filter screen in the casing is blocked, or the inlet and outlet water ball valves are blocked by dirt, etc. The nozzle holes should be dredged to remove debris; if the casing is blocked, the casing should be disassembled to clean the filter screen, check the ball valve, and remove the dirt.

5. The plug rod of the air chamber rises automatically, and the top of the gland is filled with water. It is mostly caused by cracks in the gas wall or the bottom of the gas chamber, or the glass ball in the valve shell is blocked by debris, and the valve body cannot be tightly sealed or the leather cup is damaged. During maintenance, tin welding should be used to repair cracks, remove debris from the valve body, and replace the leather cup.

6. The air chamber gland of the misting machine is leaking or the water cap is leaking. The reason is that the leather gasket is damaged or the flange is de-soldered from the air chamber, and the gasket or the tin welding de-soldering should be replaced.
