Application fields of high-pressure cleaners

1. Applications of high-pressure cleaners in common industries: Pharmaceutical manufacturing: Cleaning of pharmaceutical mixing equipment, production workshops, vehicles, production lines, and other areas, as well as pipeline dredging. Petrochemical industry: High-pressure water jets can remove oil stains and scale, cleaning drilling platforms and equipment, oil pipelines, oil refinery equipment, and the interior and exterior of tanks. Manufacturing industry: Cleaning of heavy oil-stained equipment and floors, castings, molds, etc., in production workshops. Food and beverage industry: Removing impurities from canning lines and cleaning various fermentation tanks, yeast pots, storage tanks, ovens, mixing tanks, factory floors, walls, and oil stains and scale. Tobacco industry: Cleaning of mixing equipment, assembly lines, and exhaust pipes. Hotel industry: Cleaning of exterior walls, entrance steps, glass curtain walls, boiler rooms, kitchens and equipment, public areas, and parking lots. Construction industry: Used for the renovation of the surface of earth and stone materials on building exterior walls, and cleaning concrete mixing stations, decorative surfaces with oil stains or stubborn stains, monuments, and cultural relics. Railway industry: Cleaning of locomotives, station platforms, track ditches, locomotive chassis and axles, and cleaning of sediment, oil stains, and rust. 2. Applications of high-pressure cleaners in special fields: Nuclear power plant cleaning: Cleaning of nuclear power plants is crucial for safe operation. Water jet cleaning is significantly superior to chemical and mechanical methods and is currently the ideal method. With the continuous advancement of domestic reactor decommissioning projects, better application of this technology and continuous improvement of decontamination quality will become a new challenge for high-pressure cleaner decontamination technology. Removal of solid rocket propellant: Due to the high impact force and friction sensitivity of propellants, their flammability and explosiveness make mechanical removal difficult. Manual methods are not only difficult and inefficient but also extremely dangerous. High-pressure cleaning can solve this problem effectively. Decontamination under nuclear, biological, and chemical conditions: High-pressure cleaners can also be used to decontaminate personnel, weapons, and equipment contaminated by nuclear, biological, and chemical agents. Ocean and desert cleaning: Traditional drag chain methods are only suitable for nearshore areas. Cavitation jet cleaning can be used in other sea areas. Applications of high-pressure cleaners in the navy: Cleaning of engine rooms, ships, decks, and oil tanker compartments. Applications of high-pressure cleaners in the air force: Cleaning of the exterior surfaces of aircraft and helicopters. Applications of high-pressure cleaners in the army: Cleaning of the exterior and interior of mechanical equipment, cleaning of railway oil tanks, automobile oil tankers, and various field refueling equipment, cleaning of armored personnel carriers, and exterior cleaning of tanks and other large weapons. Service industry: Cleaning of car washes, parking lots, squares, engineering vehicles, mixing trucks, cement pump trucks, repair sites, and engines, as well as pipeline dredging. Environmental sanitation industry: Cleaning of roads and sewers. Aviation industry: Cleaning of aircraft bodies, engine components, landing gear, de-icing of aircraft surfaces, cleaning of fuel trucks, and cleaning of runways. Generally, imported equipment has more advanced technology, better durability, and higher efficiency than domestic equipment, but the price is much higher, and the maintenance cost is 2-3 times higher than that of domestic equipment. Domestic high-pressure cleaners usually have lower pressure, typically around 500 bar, and the design of high-pressure nozzles has significant defects and irrationalities. The variety is also limited, resulting in significant energy conversion losses. Therefore, domestic high-pressure cleaners can only perform general cleaning tasks, and it is usually difficult to achieve high-demand cleaning, such as dealing with stubborn dirt. Imported high-pressure cleaners typically have pressures exceeding 1000 bar and power around 150W. Cleaning with such high-power and high-pressure equipment is often very effective. To improve the cleaning efficiency of high-pressure cleaners in China, the design of high-pressure nozzles and piping systems must be improved. Only in this way can the cleaning efficiency of domestic high-pressure cleaning equipment be truly improved. Imported high-pressure cleaning equipment has high energy consumption. Therefore, reducing the energy consumption of this type of cleaning equipment is urgent and critical to improve its functionality.

What are the reasons for low cold water pressure from a high-pressure washer?

The use of cold water high-pressure cleaning machines is becoming increasingly popular in China. With the increase in working pressure of high-pressure water cleaning machines, they are now widely used in various industries, such as in rust removal. However, under some harsh operating conditions, after a period of use, a common problem with cold water high-pressure cleaning machines is low or no water pressure. Let's analyze the reasons for insufficient water pressure in high-pressure cleaning machines: 1. Severe wear and tear of the high-pressure nozzle of the cold water high-pressure cleaning machine. Excessive wear and tear of the high-pressure nozzle will affect the water pressure of the equipment. The nozzle should be checked and replaced in a timely manner. 2. Kinks, bends, or damage to the high-pressure pipe or filter device can cause water flow obstruction, resulting in insufficient water pressure. Repairs should be made promptly. 3. Air in the high-pressure cleaning machine filter. After draining the air from the filter, ensure the output of standard water pressure. 4. Leakage in the high and low pressure water seals and inlet/outlet check valves of the high-pressure cleaning machine causes the working pressure to decrease. These parts should be replaced promptly. 5. Insufficient inlet water flow to the connected equipment results in insufficient water flow and therefore insufficient output pressure. Sufficient inlet water flow should be supplied to solve the problem of reduced water pressure. 6. Aging of the overflow valve of the high-pressure cleaning machine causes a large overflow of water flow and low pressure. When aging is detected, the parts should be replaced promptly. 7. Internal failure of the high-pressure pump, such as wear and tear of wearing parts, reduced water flow; blockage of internal pipelines of the equipment, too small water flow, resulting in low pressure. Power failure. If the power voltage is insufficient, it will affect the normal operation of the high-pressure pump motor, thus reducing the output power of the high-pressure pump and insufficient water pressure. For power failures, simply restore the power. Aging of the high-pressure pump lubricating oil. Due to long-term use without replacing new lubricating oil, the high-pressure pump is affected, and in severe cases, the core component, the three-plunger valve, is damaged, resulting in insufficient water pressure. In this case, the high-pressure pump lubricating oil should be replaced regularly. Check whether the motor starts normally. If impure oil is injected into the high-pressure pump, drain the oil from the pump and then inject special high-pressure pump oil. When the water pressure of the cold water high-pressure cleaning machine is too low or there is no pressure, it will directly affect the cleaning effect and quality of the equipment. After a pressure failure occurs, troubleshooting and processing should be carried out promptly to ensure that the cleaning work is not affected. Only in this way can the service life of the high-pressure cleaning machine be extended and the equipment can be better guaranteed for long-term use.
