Precautions before using a high-pressure washer

Small high-pressure cleaning machines use water as their working medium. Typically, a power-driven pump completes a suction and discharge process on the water, converting ordinary water into high-pressure, low-velocity water. This water is then delivered to high-pressure pipelines, reaching the high-pressure nozzle with a certain amount of energy. The aperture of the high-pressure nozzle is much smaller than the diameter of the high-pressure pipeline; therefore, the water reaching the high-pressure nozzle must accelerate to pass through the nozzle.

With the development of high-pressure cleaning machine technology, their use has become increasingly widespread. In modern urban construction, the cleaning of sewer pipes has always been a major challenge. Problems such as residents illegally dumping wastewater and other debris, as well as construction site cement mortar, cause these materials to settle and accumulate in the pipes. Excessive accumulation leads to pipe blockages. If not cleaned and cleared in time, this will cause sewage overflow, environmental pollution, economic losses, and inconvenience for residents.

Currently, high-pressure cleaning machines are a rapidly developing type of new cleaning equipment. They utilize water through a high-pressure water generation device to form high pressure, which is then used by the nozzle to form a high-pressure water jet. The powerful force of the water flow is used to achieve the effects of cleaning, cutting, and breaking down items. In terms of global cleaning technology, new cleaning methods, technologies, and equipment are constantly emerging. Physical cleaning accounts for an increasingly large proportion of the cleaning market.
